运用MDA于主管资讯系统开发之研究-以游艇厂为例

欧洲的游艇製造大厂也都纷纷的东进来抢占巨型游艇的市场,加上中国大陆近几年也积极扶持自己的游艇产业,进而严重吞蚀掉台湾游艇製造的市场。随着外部环境的改变与巨型游艇的製造趋势,游艇製造程序越来越複杂,且船主对交期的要求越来越短,所以,台湾游艇公司的主管需要一套可以即时整合船艇在製造过程中的相关讯息与异常警示功能的主管资讯系统(EIS),让主管可以很方便的获得资讯。

本研究根据各阶主管对船艇生产资讯的需求,结合EIS的特点,依据设计科学研究方法,实际运用MDA塑模阶段与UML塑模工具开发出一套专属游艇公司的EIS,提供各阶主管所需的管理资讯,做为生产进度的管控、重要物料的跟催与料工成本的掌控,并透过数位仪表板的使用介面,让主管可以很简单、清楚且即时的获得资讯。

But with the rise of the consumer market in China, Europe, yacht manufacturers also have come to seize the eastern mega yacht market, coupled with the Chinese mainland in recent years, also actively support their yacht industry, which would seriously engulfs yacht off Taiwan manufacturing market.With changes in the external environment and manufacturing trends of the giant yacht, yacht manufacturing process are more complex, and the owner of the delivery requirements are getting shorter, so the executives of Taiwan''s yacht company needed an Executive Information system (EIS) to integrate the manufacture of process-related information i

nstantly and to warn abnormalities, so that executives can get information easily.

Therefore, according to the needs of each order in charge of production information on the boat, combined with the characteristics of the EIS, based on the design of scientific research methods, the practical application of MDA modeling phase and UML modeling tool to develop a dedicated yacht''s EIS, which provide various level managers management information to control production schedule, to remaind the important materials and to handle th costs of the materials and labors.
