为了产生快速正确的决策资讯,企业的管理资讯系统诸如ERP、SCM与CRM等,几乎都已陆续建置完成。但向下延伸与生产製程系统的资料传递整合仍有许多间隙。随着产线自动化的需求与改善的脚步不断,各式各样的通讯控制元件的成熟发展,也让资讯传递与整合有了越来越广泛的应用。透过日趋成熟的资通讯科技 (ICT) ,以最适合的方式建立资料交换工作,提升资讯数据的精準度与作业效率来达成资讯与製程整合的目标,完成即时性的成本控制与决策需求。

本研究以设计科学研究法,提出一套企业资源规划与製程控制系统之整合方法论。透过CIMOSA塑模框架进行资讯再造的架构,彙整MES与ERP之重要流程,延伸出方法论的五个阶段目标与关键活动内容,对于不同产业上的应用亦可作为参考依据。参考的概念包括整合的平台如何进行规划步骤、不同的资料型态如何进行沟通与传递等等。期望协助组织在引进专案整合时,能够缩短摸索的阶段,提昇资讯流程再造的成功机率。
【英文摘要】:With the ongoing changes of industry patterns, enterprises face a more diversified flexibility of supply and demand in manufacturing operations, which put more emphasis on product quality and time required by customers. Once the process of production and marketing can not provide real-time information to support strategic changes, it can not take up the challenge in response to rapid market changes.

To produce the right and fast decision-making information, enterprises have step by step built and almost completed management information systems, such as ERP, SCM and CRM. However, there are still many gaps among the integration of information transfer in manufacturing process system. Even so, data delivery and integration have been more widely-applied. One reason is that automated production lines have been improved; another is that various control components in sophisticated communication are also fully developed. Through a matur

e sustainable ICT, enterprises can complete real-time decision-making needs and cost control in the most appropriate way to exchange for data. The goal of information system and process control system integration can be also achieved by improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

In the study, design science research method is employed. The study aims to propose methodology for the integration of enterprise resource planning and process control system. Through CIMOSA modeling framework, information is being restructured, which can collect and organize the key activities of MES and ERP, offering more applications to different industries. The concepts involve how the intergrated platform makes the plan, how different types of data deliver and transfer, etc. It is expected that the study can facilitate and improve the probability of success in the information process reengineering when new projects are launched.
