农村创业者之学习历程探究

【中文摘要】:本篇以叙说探究法,分析两位农村创业者的创业学习历程。并且以创业学习与认同理论为学术基础,检视其创业过程中认同的转变触发学习情境。
在创业学习领域中,一直以关注个体行为转变的认知学习一派为主流的研究方向。该派所着重的在于探讨个体认知的转变是如何引领个体产生行为上的改变。另一方面,对创业者脉络的关注催生了以注重行为流变的开创学习观点。该学派主张所有行为的背后并非存在放诸四海皆準的原则,而是不同社会脉络、人际相处下所展演出来的结果,因而强调应从个体的生活经验出发,以整体的观点检视创业者的行动与情境来探究创业歷程。除此之外,社会心理学

的研究亦指出,认同的形塑来自个体周遭的环境与人际互动,且与行为动机有这密不可分的关联。
然而研究者在文献的爬梳后发现,不论是创业学习或是认同理论都强调个体无法脱离与社会的互动性及社会脉络的依存;社会互动形塑自身认同、创业者的学习亦发生于所属团体、事业与组织之中。儘管两者在在指出社会环境对个体行为的重要性,但却鲜少有研究结合两者的观点进行创业行为的探究。因此本文以创业学习的角度出发,尝试以认同的转变探究农村创业者的行为动能与学习历程,并产生了以下三点重要意涵:
一、 学习触媒引发对脉络的觉知,乃农村开创历程中行为开启之关键
二、 认同生成与转变为农村创业者挹注行动能量
三、 创业家在开创前所积累的创业认同,宰制着开创历程中的行为动能

reneuring Learning” and “Identity theory”,this research is using the approach of narrative inquiry to analyze the entrepreneurial experiences of two rural entrepreneurs.
In the research area of entrepreneurial learning, the main stream is “Cognitive Learning” which is focusing on how the change of cognition influence the entrepreneur behavior.On the other hand, the research of Identity shows that the formation of personal identity is made which has a highly connection with social interaction and circumstance.
In the researches of both social psychology and entrepreneurship referred to that entrepreneurial learning and identity have important connection with individual context. Even though the this kind of relationship was proved, few of researches were made. Therefore, this research will inquire into the process of entrepreneuring learning of rural entrepreneur. Following are the main findings in the research:
1. The medium of learning lead individuals to realize the knowing of the context, which is the key of generating the behavior in the rural entrepreneuring process.
2. The formation and change of identity are the resource of power of rural entrepreneur, giving individual motivation to generate behavior.
3. The entrepreneurial identity of entrepreneur which has been built and before starting the new business is the another source of the power of behavior in the entrepreneuring process.
